Clarity? clarity [klaRiti] n : clearness,
transparency; lucidity, clearness of style. Clarity was named because of Clare's
reputation for well-researched and clearly written reports for a wide variety of audiences. Clients
frequently comment on the quality of reports:
"It
was a joy to receive the results of this piece of work in a clear report." "Concise summary of case studies" "Translation of the objectives into a readable report at
the level requested." "The final report with recommendations has exceeded my expectations." "Report very clear and comprehensive."

Personal profile Clare Lardner is the owner and manager of Clarity, which she established in 2000. Prior to this, Clare had
over 10 years experience as a policy analyst in a corporate role in local government; four years as a hospital nurse; and
had volunteered and fundraised for a number of voluntary organisations. In addition to managing Clarity, Clare is currently
a volunteer host and reserve driver for Contact the Elderly, which provides monthly afternoon teas for older people. Clare's qualifications
include a Master of Public Health degree, Diploma in Management Studies (with distinction) and a First Class Honours degree
in Sociology and Social Administration. Clare established Clarity in 2000 and has grown and developed the business since then. She works with other,
experienced researchers or consultants when required. To ensure her skills and knowledge are kept up-to-date, Clare is a member
of the Social Research Association (SRA), Local Authorities Research and Intelligence Association (Laria), the UK Public Health
Alliance (UKPHA) and the Scottish Evaluation Network. See the Links page for further information about these organisations.
Working in collaboration Clarity has been working in collaboration with associates increasingly in the last few years, in response
to a number of large scale research projects which required a team of researchers. This has been a very positive experience,
both for clients and researchers. For clients, it offers the advantages of a bigger team with a blend of skills which are
important for multi-phase, longer term and complex projects. For the researchers it is a good opportunity to learn from each
other and work in a team. Clare is happy to discuss your requirements for all projects, large or small, and can work individually
or bring in other associates, as needed.
